Tala Hua Gosht Recipe

Ingredients :

Beef-1/2kg (cut in little pieces)
White Cumin (baked, powder)-1tsp
Crushed Red Peppers-1/2tbsp
Coriander-1 bunch (chopped)
Salt-to taste
Ginger/Garlic paste-1tbsp
Green Chili-3 (chopped)
Lemon-2
Oil-1/2 cup

Method

Take a frying pan put beef, ginger garlic, oil, salt and cook it well.
Leave it until beef water gets dry over slow flame.
After that put red pepper, black pepper, cumin and cook it well.
In the end put green chili, coriander, lemon syrup and serve it.

Beef Chops Recipe

Ingredients :

Beef Chops 1 kg
White Cumin 1 tsp (Milled & Roasted)
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Milled Ginger Garlic 1 1/2tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Green Chili 3 chopped
Red Chili 1 tbsp, milled
Black Pepper 1 tsp, chopped
Lemon 3
Salt as per taste
Coriander 1/2 bunch, for garnishing (Fine Chopped)

Method:

Wash chops and put them into a cooking bowl with 2 bowl water and all spices, boil them.
When water gets dry take out chops and place them in a dish.
Heat oil in frying pan and put chops in hot oil, when they turns brown take them out and put again in the same cooking bowl, boiled before.
When all chops are fried, put lemon juice and green Spices from top and put bowl on pan for 10 minutes.
Tasty chops are ready, serve it with hot naans.

Steamed Kabab

Ingredients:

Mince Mutton 300 Gms
1 Onion
1 inch cube Ginger
1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon curd
½ cup coarsely chopped Coriander leaves
5 – 6 Green chillies
1 teaspoon chilli powder to taste
Freshly crushed Black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:

Chop together green chillies, onions and ginger.
Add the minced mutton and chop in a Mixer grinder, add rest of the ingredients and let it chop till the mixture is not lumpy.
Don’t add any water.
Greases palms with a little oil, make small balls with the mixture
Shallow fry on a pan till the outside turns golden.
Place the fried kabab balls onto a stick and into a steamer.
Cover and let it steam for ten to fifteen minutes.
Serve with sauce or chutney.
